哲学论文：社会正义与道德意识的自觉[1]

摘 要：社会正义是政治哲学永恒关注的重要问题。长期以来在这一问题解决的思路上 ，逐步形成了制度与人心二元对立的中西两极思维。特别是近代以来中国社会在西学东渐 和中国文化自觉更新的过程中，不经意间逐步形成的仅诉诸制度安排的合理性实现社会 正义的单极思维几乎成为一边倒的话语霸权。这一倾向，人为割裂了制度安排与人的道德意 识觉悟的内在密切关联，从根本上忽视了作为历史主体的人的道德意识觉悟对于社会正义及 其实现的重要意义，也无视中国传统哲学道德理性思维对于社会正义及其实现的积极价值 的历史事实，没有注意汲取东亚社会成功地协调制度理性与道德理性的积极经验。当下 的现实和学理的应然，从一定意义上要求人们更加重视人的道德意识觉悟对于社会正 义及其实现的意义，从而确保制度安排的科学合理性与道德意识的理性自觉相得益彰。

　　Abstract: Social justice is an eternal political and philoso phic concern. However, in the prolonged theoretical discussion on this issue, adualistic-oppositionthinking of institution and mind has taken shape between east and west. Especia lly in the modern course of gradual westernization of Chinese society and self-c onscious updating of Chinese culture, the discourse monopoly has unintentionallyshaped in which social justice be realized only by means of the rationality ofsocial institutions. This tendency deliberately cuts off the close link betweeninstitutional arrangement and human moral consciousness and completely ignores t he great importance of moral consciousness of people as historical subjects to s ocial justice. At present, it is theoretically necessary and obligatory that mor e attention be paid to the significance of human moral consciousness to social j ustice and its realization to assure the scientific rationality of institutionalarrangement and rational self-consciousness of moral sense.

　　在政治哲学一向关注的重心——社会正义问题上，中国传统哲学思维与西方哲学特别 是西方现当代哲学思维的理解和解决方案几乎大相径庭。前者希望诉诸人的内在心性的道德 觉悟，后者则追求外在制度安排的科学合理性，从而形成中西、古今两极思维。近代以来，随着西学东渐和中国社会全面走向现代化的进程，我们自觉向西方学习，对 于西学的新思维几近趋之若鹜。于是，在社会正义及其实现问题上，自觉不自觉地有把西学 的制度理性安排视作惟一出路的思想倾向。这种倾向的不断强化会以矫枉过正的姿态 视中国传统哲学以心性义理的道德意识觉悟的方式解决社会正义问题的思想 资源为完全无用之说。这就人为地夸大了中西文化及其思想方法的差异，形成制度与人心二 者必居其一、不可同日而语的思维悖论。但事实上，当我们冷静理性地反思和研究社会正 义问题时将会发现，制度与人心不仅不是非此即彼的简单线性逻辑关系，更不是此消彼长 的绝对对立关系，而是两者密切地内在关联，作用上文学论文
