Everyone has their own favorite hobbies.I am not an exception.When I return home with a whole day’s study,I am tired and bored.Then I will do one favorite thing – jogging in the small park near my home.You may say that jogging is hardly a hobby.A hobby is something like drawing,skating,and writing Chinese calligraphy.But in China,a senior high school student doesn’t have much spare time developing his real hobby.So I run a little bit after school.
First of all,sitting all day long,I need to stretch my arms and legs.Jogging enables me to exercise my body so that I can learn with a better efficiency.Second,while jogging,I can stop to smell the flowers,to say hello to neighbors and to join other kids in the basketball games.I feel a sense of belonging in a community.Usually,after a late afternoon work-out,I can eat more and sleep better.And more importantly,I can think more sharply.
