“安能催眉折腰事权贵，使我不得开心颜”，既然你注定要做一个投身自然的诗人，有为何要逆于个性去独闯仕途呢？李白释然而成名。

每个人都有自己的个性，豪放，拘谨，正直；每个人都会在人生的舞台上扮演特定的角色，作家，商人，官员。个性与角色的冲突在所难免，既是如此我们就应该退一步，始终以积极的心境去处理协调自己的人生。

回头遥望长安，渐渐模糊，抬头直视前方，是永州的荒凉，贫穷。命运的车轮碾过了柳宗元的仕途——粉碎了。可个性的豁达却最终释开他的困苦，于是他执笔十年，奋发图强。历史的角色也因他的奋发而奠定——诗人，伟大的诗人。

既然我们天性正直豁达，又何必拘泥于黑暗的一角执迷不悟？“孤舟蓑笠翁，独钓寒江雪。”顺其自然而有所奋发，生命总会有奇迹。

既然个性无法适应期待的角色，何不顺从历史的安排，成名于既定的角色呢？“人有悲欢离合，此事古难全”，生命的意义就在于逆境中的奋起；挫折中的追求；迷茫中的自信。

角色和个性时时会产生矛盾，就在个性与角色的和谐与不和谐之中，人们演绎了一幕幕精彩戏剧，而要想着戏剧有所创意，散出光彩，都需要我们不懈的奋斗，追求。顺境中全力释放，逆境中绝不气馁。

不愿做涧底静止的石子，任时光如水流泻而过；不愿做空中的移云，浮云飘蓬只留下碧波浅痕。要做就做季节的使者，一季有一季的个性着色，却始终没有丢弃四季巡回的不变的角色……

缺乏个性的人们，冥顽不化地坚守自己的一方空间，瞻念前途，往往不寒而栗，在自己的轨迹上周而复始，亘古不变。

我们并不鄙夷平庸，但生命不能甘于平庸。平凡的角色也有其个性存在的理由。还记得那位凤歌笑孔丘的楚狂士吗？那位诗酒自娱，号称隐逸之宗的陶渊明吗？也许他们真的与现实有着太多隔阂，但他们选择了释放自己的个性。于是，个性，并快乐着。
