And I keep runningwith mu friends every morning. After running, I usually feel hotall over and very fit. What’s more, I go to bed early and get upearly. Because early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy,wealthy and wise. Now I’m study and healthy.

  I’m glad to share myexperiences to you. And here is my advice on health. First, it’simportant to develop healthy eating habits in our daily life.Second, don’t stay up late or spend too much time in front of TV.Finally, you’d do sports as often as possible.
