英文的简历怎么写英文的简历的格式是什么样的,还有就是内容如何才能写得更好呀.希望大家能给我提供范文，
英文简历和汉语简历有很大不同,比如英文简历中很少有写明自己的性别的,因为在欧美看名字就能看出性别来.再比如,在英文简历中最重要的是参加过的实践能力,而将教育经历放在实践过程的下面,最下面是自我评价.
所以,在英文简历中,最重要的仍然是实践经历,写的越详细越好,一般是按照时间排序,离现在最近的排在前面,依次类推.至于在学校所获得奖励,也不是很重要.
英文简历的用词都很简练,不需要复杂句式,要求坦诚实在,不要空洞.我们中国学生最容易写出很多大话空话套话来,这些hr都很反感.
英文的自荐信一定要逻辑清楚,该说理的说理,该抒情的抒情.
