摘要
如何在第一时间找对人永远是现代人力资源管理中最重要的议题之一,因此招聘管理也是人力资源管理中最基础、最重要的一环.如果组织不能招聘到合适的员工,不仅影响到人力资源活动的开展,组织本身也会受到直接或间接的损失.然而,有组织招聘就会有招聘风险的存在.有些风险是显性的,比较容易通过观察来认识并防范.但有些风险是隐性风险,需要我们通过风险识别、风险估计、风险驾驭、风险监控等一系列活动来防范风险.本文通过对招聘风险的类型、招聘风险的影响因素等内容进行综合分析的基础上,从企业战略层面以及战术层面提出了多种企业招聘风险的防范对策,以期为优化企业招聘管理活动,降低招聘风险,进而实现组织目标提供解决思路与对策.
