1. else意思是“其它的”，要放在疑问代词或复合不定代词后，个人理解它做的是定语修饰不定代词nothing，再如：Did you see anybody else?
2.如果去掉的话意思就不一样的

意思：说明能做的都做了。没有其他的事情了，所以离开。
