Everybody has a cold sometimes,often at change of the season.For examole,in autumn it is always warmer than in winter.But the beginning of winter is kand of cold,some people don't wear enough clothes of keeping warm,so they often get cold easily.
What should we do if we have a cold?
Well,we shouid wear enough clothes at first.And we must take some medicine when we get a cold.If you have a bad cold,you shouldn't go to school or work,and you must stay in bed and drink lots of water.Sometimes you need to stay in bed for three or four days till you feel better
So you see,we need a warm envorment of keeping healthy.
Do you have a cold？
Everybody has a cold sometimes.When you have a cold,you shouldn't eat too much but drink lots of water. You must go to see a doctor and take some medicine.And you should go to bed early.You need eat vegetable and fruit.You cann't eat too much meat.
