Happiness is being content with what one has. If we keep feeling that we have drawn the short end of the stick, we would always be unhappy. Happiness cannot be bought with money. No matter how many things we can buy, happiness bought with cash is fleeting and leaves us furthur from happiness than before. Not everyone is content with their lot in life and so, many of us are unhappy. Although we all strive for happiness, not all are able to be content with what is present. Especially if there are so many other people who have it better than we do. What we ignore is that there are many more people worse off. Think of the starving children in Africa, the children forced to work from a tender age to support their families even of the people with life threatening diseases but are unable to seek treatment. Happiness comes when we adopt the attitude of Pollyanna, to be able to see how blessed we are no matter what comes our way.

What's your happniess? The money, the reputation or the power? In the morden commanity , more and more people think highly of the material more than the psychological. They think money come first. But for me, believing in me is the happiest thing in my lifetime.
My niece is one year and half years old. when she smiles it's really amused that she feel, when she crys , it's really sad or dislike she feel. She could not try to control her emotion. She is so innocant and believes in people what they tell. And trust in everything in her eyes, no matter the most complicated or the simplest thing. And I find it's so hard to me to trust myself. When I meet the difficulties, I will try me best to solve it, In my heart, I will tell myself that take it easy, everything will be better, But I know it clearly that no body will get through the death and the natural disaster. So we will be worried about the thing in our heart and try to pretend everything is ok.
To sum up, if we could not have to go through all the thing that since the college, Living in the childhood is most happiest thing in my lifetime. Trust me is the happiness in my heart.
