People are beginning to attach much more importance to their health these days than ever before.They begin to realize that good healthis the most valuable possession a person can have.However,many people don't know how to stay healthy although great efforts have been made in this regard.In my opinion,there are three things we can do if we want to be in good.
First,we should have the right food,because proper nutrition is the most important for good health.Avoid foods with lots of sugar and fat.Eat plenty of high protein foods,vegetables and fruits.Do not overeat.Secondly,we should get proper amount of sleep,because without enough sleep,we will often feel tired and irritable.Allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day.Have a nap at noon if time permits.Finally,we should exercise regularly,because'life depends on exercise'.Regular exercise strengthens our hearts andlungs.In addition,it prevents us from putting on weight.
If everyone is to do so,there will be much less complaining about poor health and there will be much more happiness in our life.

Health ,as a critical issue for every human beings .It plays such a important rule in daily life.Stay healthy ,we can go to work on time during weekday and entertain ourselves during the weekend.But if we don't keep healthy it will cause lots of problem .even the small problem can become bigger and finally the diseaster come for us.So make sure eat properly and stay healthy!!

With the improvement of lifestyles over the course of decades, with the statistics showing the most critical diseases that are robbing human beings' lives are caused from unhealthy eating and living habits, staying healthy has become the most common and heated topics around the world.
It's very complicated to think of what staying healthy is scientifically, because it will have to do with how many calories intake one should have per day according to the height and weight, how much polution we should be avoiding to keep the air breathed in relatively clean, how much sleep we should get everyday to keep our bodies properly functioning... But really, staying healthy can be easy as this: eat regularly and properly, do not starve yourself for slim figures, do not overeat either just to satisfy your appetites; drink less, alcohol is the greatest accelerator to aging process, the younger one's body feels and keeps, the healthier one would be; keep the lifestyle simple, cut out too much nightlife, social events, get to bed early and warrant amount of sleep, keep the regularity in daily life.
One might say "then it'll be so boring!" But what fun can one have when health becomes a luxury?
