interested 指 ：人对……干兴趣
interesting 指：事物本身有趣
例如：He is interested in the interesting story.
他对这个有趣的故事很感兴趣.
前者主要针对的是"人",后者针对的是"物".例如: I am interested in this book. the book is very interesting.
两者都是形容词，用法不同，其中
interested的主语一般是人，如be interested in sth（某人）对某物感兴趣；
interesting的主语人、物皆可，意为某人、某物是有意思的。
