In the financial sector,corporate culture,"gravity" is to make employees a common value orientation and reliability standards,common professional philosophy and goals; corporate culture of "tension" is that in order to establish the credibility of corporate image,create a business brand,to build the core competitiveness.In essence,corporate culture is produced in a cultural phenomenon among companies,it appears the development of modern business management is inseparable from the management point of view,corporate culture is to achieve management objectives and the application of management tools,thus ,corporate culture is not only the content of a cultural phenomenon,but also has the connotation as a management tool.Then,in the modern financial management,how to play the corporate culture of "gravity" and "tension" effect,how the building of enterprise culture to promote healthy and harmonious development of the financial industry it?To solve this problem for the following analysis.
