we sometime go to bed very late but get up early.it bad for our health.so we shuod not study or play computer too late.and we must keep an 8-hour sleep every day.
And do you always feel very weak?It becase of you don't have enough exercise.do 30 minutes exercise is very necessary.If you do it ,you will feel very excited.
