说一个excuse me 或 hi!
然后直接对他/她提问/说话就可
比如

Hello Miss,how much longer before we land?
如果是第三人称,一般用 flight attendant （男或女）称呼.
Stewardess 是女性称呼,美国和加拿大航班有很多男性服务员,用 flight attendant 比较礼貌.
比如：
