没有什么地方需要用第三人称单数.
不过,different place （不同的地方）应该是 different places .doctor 也要复数形式,需加-s.
另外,Because 不能单独起一个句子,要把它变为小写,前面不需标点符号.更正如下：
I want to be an airhostess because I like flying in the sky.
My father is a driver. He takes people to different place. My mother is a nurse. She helps doctor to make people strong and healthy. I want to be an airhostess.Because i like flying in the sky
最后一句的i没有大写，还有第二句的：different place应该要是different places。
Because应该和前面那句话连用（因为Because是一个连词，一般引导状语从句，所以要有一个主句。）。要这样：I want to be an airhostess because I like flying in the sky.为什么doctor要改成doctors？！ ...
