1、选D,这是个反义疑问句,前面肯定,后面就要否定,反之,前面否定,后面就肯定.如：You didn't feed the bird,did you?
2、选D,not really的意思是：（事实上）不会.这里可根据后面那句话判断出来,他是不会去看电影的.
I don't think so 意思是：我不这样认为,用于否定别人的观点或建议.由于对方是疑问的口吻,并非建议,所以不能选.
如果是这样就可以：
-You will go to the movie,right?
-I don't think so.I feel like diong sth different.
这个时候由于对方先提出一种观点,所以可以用I don't think so 否定它.
楼主不要太在意书上的答案,知道怎么用就行了,其实真正在口语中这些句子都可以用的,只是中国现在的英语教育太强调应试了,每道题只允许有一个标准答案.一旦在生活中和老外交流哪有这样的一个萝卜一个坑~~
