To answer the question of "What makes a Nobel',I would like to elaborate the prominent function of Education and Conviction from both students and educators.
What should be the role of education?I really disagree the Anti-intellectualism from America which convinces parents to lead their children to prepare for the so called changing society,encouraging these students to pursue applicable positions without furthing study to gain a higher degree.Schooling must nurture the young adults mind to let them aware the impetus of our society-sciece and technology.
Besides,educators also need patience to establish a conviction in their mind that with unyielding perseverance they can arrive at the mountain summit of truth.

Nobel is one of the most popular prize among us, and Every one wants to get it.
However, the one who gets the Nobel prize is very rare. what makes a nobels then.
Hard working? High Intelligence? I think all these seperate is not enough.
Also we need a good enviroment for the science and research. That is the reason why Professor Yangzhen Ning get the Nobel in U.S.A. not in China.
Students here are said to be lack of creation and innovation. Suppose every one in our country helps to develop a good enviroment for science and techonology, pay more attention for creation and innovation. we believe, that day the Nobel comes to China will be near.
