小弟不明白上面所说的情况是怎么回事,还有其谐波和频率是怎么得出来的(特别是作图,我这里附不上图,但有关谐波的作图我看不懂,有没有达人能解决这个问题?最好能详细点,)

standing wave是驻波的意思.
驻波的波幅和波节位置固定,因此有驻波之称.一般来说,驻波是频率和振幅均相同、振动方向一致、传播方向相反的两列波叠加后形成的波.但是一列波经断面反射后也会和自身叠加,像音箱就是利用的这一原理.
因此一般来说,箱的长度是半个波长的整数倍.而且波的两端是固定的,即位置是不随时间变化的（就是第二个）.
如果只是粗浅的理解的话,我觉得这点就够了.要想了解更多的话还是看下物理教材,初中的好像就有.
